Before initiating a return, please double-check your appliance model number to ensure the part is being returned due to a defect or error rather than a compatibility mismatch.
Request an RMA
Log into your account or contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required to track and process your return.
Secure Packaging
Place the unused part back into its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with the RMA number clearly labeled on the exterior.
Ship and Track
Send your package back to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
